Meet Grandma aka ‘Grand U’ as per Zoefia

Grandma had made a promise to Zoefia to never leave her side until she was better. ‘She never broke that promise’

No matter how rough things got on the journey she stayed the path!

‘Thoughts of Cancer Caregivers” was created because Grandma aka “GRAND U” as per Zoe … Has been there from day one, she never left Zoefia’s side. When Zoefia got sick she promised her she would NEVER leave her side until she got better. Unfortunately Zoefia took a turn for the worst and had an untimely passing, but Grandma was there down to the last heartbeat. Cancer Caregivers are so important especially for single parents, no mater how you try to put on a Super Cape and wear an “S” on your chest you can’t do it all! Being a Cancer Caregiver is not just giving medication or sitting bedside, there’s a whole picture to look at and think about as well as plan for. All this can take a toll physically, mentally, emotionally and financially. Grandma went above and beyond she took excellent care of Zoefia while mom was at work, No matter how rough things got on the journey she stayed the path! We are very thankful and appreciative for everything and her never ending list of things she did daily. She has never missed a moment and have made each memory more special! Somehow, she manages to keep up with ALL the appointments and activities! We love you to the Moon and Back!
