The quarantine life, cancer kids live this life and much more. It’s normal for them, I use to wonder what she was thinking as we sat in bone marrow transplant for months at a time. Wearing mask and gloves 24 hours a a day , not being able to touch your own child. All that mattered was that we were together, we sang, danced, laughed, played dress up, played games and cried if we had to. These are the moments that count! I see so many people complaining about being home,  you could be in a hospital room with a life of uncertainty hanging on to hope. These moments that you have with your healthy family and healthy kids is what matters. Not what you’re going to do after quarantine it’s what you are doing NOW. It’s the little things you do that matters the most. So make up silly games, do arts and crafts, read their favorite book 50 times and watch the same cartoon 100 times. The best moments I had with my daughter were the moments we spent together doing the things that put a smile on her face.
