This Virtual run commensurates our 4th – anniversary and brings awareness to BRAIN CANCER AWARENESS MONTH, which is in May.
The Zoefia Alexandria Foundation Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that was launched on April 12, 2020, The Foundation is named after our beloved emeritus CEO Zoefia Alexandria who passed away in Dec 2019 from Brain Cancer. To read her full story please see below.

The mission of the Zoefia Alexandria Foundation is to honor Zoefia’s life and her courageous battle against Brain Cancer. Through contributions help to enrich the life and development of Cancer Children and their families by supporting Education and Housing.

REGISTRATION
Registration will be open on February 4th, 2024, and closes on the last day of the event which is May 31, 2024.
Race Packets will be mailed out starting mid-April, 2024 and all month long as individuals register for said events/shirts
If you register last minute/or on the last day of the event, your items will be mailed out on the next business day. You can still participate as the race is virtual, however you won’t have your gear.
TRACKING & UPLOADING YOUR TIMES
You can Track your times and Distance on downloadable Apps or your smartphone.

The goal is to spread awareness for Brain Cancer we are asking that you share the information on social media.
Social Media Awards We want this to be a fun experience & due to previous year’s creativity – we wanted to include it in this year’s event. Participants can take a photo or video in their race gear, while being creative as possible post it on social media and tag us. We have a separate Instagram for our Event – Zoefia’s Race for Awareness

HOW IT WORKS?
Here are the steps to register and submit your finish time to the Results page. This information will be in the Confirmation Email you will receive after you register.
Register for the race by May 31, 2024.
Run, walk, bike, swim – anytime from 12 AM on May 1, 2024 to May 31 at 11:59 PM.
Submit your results online and share your day on social media.
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR TIME FOR RESULTS?
Record your finish time (save it on your phone, running app, or write it down).
Come back to this race page. Make sure you are logged into runsignup.com
Locate the “Results” tab at the top of the menu
Click the “Submit Virtual Results” button
Locate your participant information. Once found, click the “Submit Virtual Results” button
WHAT IS A VIRTUAL RACE? A virtual race is a race that can be run, walk or bike from any location you choose. You can run, jog, or walk on the road, on the trail, on the treadmill, at the gym, or on the track (or even at another race). You get to run your race, at your own pace, and time it yourself and your sign-up goodies will be shipped directly to you.
